Zaroorat Need Foundation works to support people in need through community help, volunteer participation, awareness, and lawful social welfare activities. Members agree to participate with honesty, respect, and compassion.

2. Registration Information

Members must provide correct personal, sponsor, contact, and payment information during registration. The foundation may verify submitted details and may reject, suspend, or correct records if information is incomplete, false, or misleading.

3. Donations and Payments

• Any donation, contribution, or payment must be made only through the approved payment details shown by the system.
• Members are responsible for uploading accurate payment proof where required.
• Payment confirmation may take time and depends on verification by the receiving member or authorized admin.
• Refunds, if any, will be handled according to the foundation's internal review and applicable law.

4. Member Conduct

Members must not misuse the foundation name, misrepresent benefits, pressure other people to join, upload false receipts, use abusive language, or conduct any activity that harms the foundation or its beneficiaries.

5. Volunteer Activities

Volunteers should follow instructions from authorized coordinators, respect beneficiaries' dignity and privacy, and avoid making personal promises on behalf of the foundation unless formally approved.

6. No Guaranteed Benefit

Registration or participation does not guarantee any fixed income, reward, assistance, job, grant, or financial return. Support and benefits, where applicable, depend on program rules, eligibility, verification, and availability of resources.

7. Privacy

Member information may be used for registration, verification, communication, payment processing, support activities, and legal compliance. Members should not share another person's private information without permission.

8. Account Responsibility

Members are responsible for keeping their login details secure. Any activity performed through a member account may be treated as the responsibility of that member unless misuse is reported promptly.

9. Changes to Terms

The foundation may update these terms when needed. Continued use of the website or member services after changes means the member accepts the updated terms.

By registering, the member confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
